A: Our factory is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. All of our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Q: What's your MOQ?

A: The eye shadow MOQ for cardboard boxes is usually 3000pcs, and other products are generally 12000pcs, which is mainly determined by the MOQ of our packaging materials. For the quantity of 12000pcs, we usually can do 3-6 color numbers.

If some customers cannot meet our MOQ, we can also try to find packaging materials with a lower MOQ to meet the lower demand quantity.

Q: What's the sample policy?

A: We can provide samples for free, customer affords the shipping cost.

Q: What's the sample and mass production lead time?

A: Customize sample 7-10 days.

Mass production 40-60 days according to the delivery date of the packaging material.

Q: What is your payment terms?

A: We accept T/T and Paypal payment methods. 30% deposit payment before production and 70% balance payment before delivery.

Q: Can I customize formulation, scents and colors?

A: Yes, If you have a formula list with ingredients that's much easier for you or you can send us the sample directly to match. If not, for formula and smells, you can provide suggestions, for colors, you can select from our color charts.
